    THANK YOU!!!

Sunday 29th October saw Mac Chisholm's final service as Licenced Lay Minister, 40 years to the day  since he was first licenced. Mac preached his final sermon and at the end of the service he and his wife, Val, were presented with three gifts - an annual pass to the Eden Project, a night away at a posh hotel and a cheque for £100.

Afterwards there was a buffet lunch provided by many in our congregation and an opportunity to say a big "thank you" to Mac for all his years of faithful service to our community which he and Val were able to share with their family.

    GRAPEVINE

The latest edition of the publication from the diocese is available here. Do read it and especially the article about our own Sharon Boyle as she begins training for ordination.
